Annual scholarship created by the Arts Council of Gibson County to benefit graduating seniors of Gibson County high schools pursuing advanced education in the fields of art, drama, or music. From 1991 to 2007, the Arts Council of Gibson County fulfilled its mission of encouraging, assisting, coordinating, and promoting cultural arts activities in Gibson County by providing ”Informances” and clinics for all Gibson County students in grades K-12.
