The Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Program is a statewide initiative administered locally by the Community Foundations in Indiana in partnership with Lilly Endowment Inc. and Independent Colleges of Indiana.

Complete and submit your Contact Information Form with your grade report each semester (or quarter for Rose-Hulman students) in your online scholarship account.
To retain your scholarship, submit your year-end forms and end-of-year transcript by June 1 through your Student Login account.
Scholars planning to study off campus or abroad must submit the Study Off Campus Eligibility Form to Independent Colleges of Indiana at least one semester before signing contracts or paying deposits.
